- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing times may be slightly extended.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Canada
- Shipping is Free with in GTA (Toronto),
- Outside GTA Shipping is free only for Orders above $25 CAD
Duration:
· Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
- Delivery times vary by destination (7–21 business days).
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Delays
Baebabys is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Incorrect Address
